**The $20 charge today is a DEPOSIT for your finished product. After our collab, you'll be sent an invoice for the remainder as well as any associated shipping charges. **
For larger orders or special events, we invite you to work one-on-one with our team to create the perfect gift design. We’ll provide mockups and revisions until it’s just right.
You can then pick up your ZenBox(es) in person at our retail location (safe "social distancing" pick up available) or we can handle shipping/delivery completely for you.

We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. We also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade, and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please allow up to 1-3 business days processing time for smaller orders. Larger orders (10+ boxes) may require additional coordination and processing time. If you need your gift sooner, or within a specific window, please contact us.
